Eight piece block knife set includes 3 1/2" parer, 6" boning, 8" slicer, 9" bread, 8" chef's knife, sharpening steel, kitchen shears and nine slot hardwood block. Manufactured exclusively for us in Solingen, Germany using traditional hot drop forged method. Plastic over molded handle (Poly Oxy Methylen) for safety, will not crack, lose its shape, or separate. Ice tempered blade is made of high carbon no stain steel for optimum sharpness and edge retention.
