Steak knife set includes four 4 1/2" steak knives. Manufactured exclusively for us in Solingen, Germany using traditional hot drop forged method. Plastic over molded handle (Poly Oxy Methylen) for safety that will not crack, lose its shape, or separate from the blade. Ice tempered blade is made of high carbon no stain steel (Molybdenum / Vanadium - X50 Cr Mo V15 steel) for optimum sharpness and edge retention.
