Six piece chef's roll knife set, 3 1/4" parer, 6" chef knife, 8" knife, 8" bread knife, and 10" sharpening steel. Washable black polyester roll with I. D. card panel and adjustable shoulder strap. Stainless steel blades are hand finished. A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched, and finished.
