Liquid filled LED glow twist action ballpoint pen with black ink cartridge, quality constructed of solid brass and acrylic components, matte silver finish and clear fluid filled chamber that features a custom 3-D plastic floater. Interior chamber is filled with a standard colored oil and is illuminated with the press of button on the barrel. Colored LED can be set to "steady on" or "flashing" mode. Operates on 3 button cell batteries (LR41) included.
