Flap over portfolio made of top grain cowhide leather with leatherette trim. The main compartment is padded to hold laptop and battery. It features 4 accordion file folders and a zip down organizer which has pockets for palm pilot, cards, CD's, pens, disks. A zip pocket in back, side phone pocket and detachable shoulder strap finish this piece.
